鼠标连接两台电脑时，为什么光标速度感觉不一致？
M Mouse 在 Dongle 和有线连接下使用较高的默认 DPI，因此切回蓝牙后，光标会明显变慢——这是正常现象。建议使用 Glide 为每种连接方式分别调节 DPI，让两台电脑上的光标速度更加一致。

实体按键位于哪里？后退键和顶部按键在哪里？
按键位置如下：
- 主滚轮：位于鼠标顶部。
- 顶部按键：位于主滚轮后方的顶部。（滚轮后方有一条标记线）
- 前进键：位于左侧（拇指侧）靠前的位置。
- 后退键：位于左侧（拇指侧）靠后的位置。
前进键和拇指滚轮是同一个侧边控件——点击时作为前进键使用，滚动时作为拇指滚轮使用。

滚动效果不符合预期——滚动速度过快或过慢。怎么办？
部分功能可以直接在网页版中配置，包括 DPI、轮询率以及三个功能按键的自定义快捷键。
部分项目需要使用桌面版进行调节，例如滚轮设置和 Quick Pie。 -
前进键和拇指滚轮是同一个东西吗？
是的，INFTYLAB M Mouse 的前进键和拇指滚轮是同一个侧边控件。
滚动时，它作为拇指滚轮使用（默认进行水平滚动，也可以通过桌面软件改为缩放）；点击时，它作为前进键使用（可在软件中绑定系统操作、多媒体控制或自定义按键组合）。 -
系统可以通过蓝牙找到鼠标，却无法连接 INFTYLAB M Mouse，一直卡在加载指示器上。应该怎么办？
一直停留在加载动画上通常是 Bluetooth 连接问题。请按以下顺序尝试：
- 从 Bluetooth 列表中移除不再使用的设备，然后重新连接。
- 关闭再重新打开系统 Bluetooth，然后重试。
- 附近 Bluetooth 设备过多可能会造成信号冲突——请移至设备较少的区域，或使用 USB 接收器（Dongle）以获得更稳定的连接。

快速、有力地拨动主滚轮，即可进入高速自由滚动（飞轮）模式。这是 INFTYLAB M Mouse 滚轮机构的硬件特性——正常情况下，滚轮提供精准的分段滚动，无需通过软件调节。

如果 USB 接收器（Dongle）意外进入配对模式，该怎么办？
再次按下配对按钮，即可取消 Dongle 模式配对。之后可以正常使用。
正常使用时，接收器与鼠标之间的配对关系不会自行丢失。
